Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Cancel any time
You can cancel a Pro or Studio plan whenever you like. It stops renewing and you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
On fluntr.com: sign in at fluntr.com/account and choose Cancel renewal. App Store and Google Play plans are cancelled in those stores (see our Terms for the steps).
2. When we refund payments made on fluntr.com
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.
- You were charged but the plan or pack did not reach your account and we could not fix it.
- A paid feature did not work for you and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- A pack (Week Pass, studio shots) you bought in the last 7 days that you have not used.
Write to [email protected] (or Help and support in the app) within 7 days of the charge, from the email on your Fluntr account, with the date and amount. We reply within 2 working days.
We do not refund part-used periods otherwise, but you can always cancel so you are not charged again.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay. They usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. A refunded plan or pack ends when the refund is made.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
Payments made in the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds for them are decided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history) under their policies. We are happy to help: contact us and we will tell you what to do.
5. Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails, nothing is charged twice: Razorpay retries the same payment for a few days and your plan stays on meanwhile. If it keeps failing, the plan ends and no more attempts are made.
