Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Fluntr (the app at fluntr.com and in the App Store and Google Play) is run by Melchizedek Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), India. By creating an account or using Fluntr you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Fluntr, and 18 or over to use virtual try-on with a photo of yourself. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account).

3. Plans and payments

Fluntr has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Studio), plus one-time packs. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. The current prices are on our Pricing page and in the app.

• You can pay in the iPhone app (through the App Store), in the Android app (through Google Play) or on fluntr.com (through Razorpay: UPI, cards, netbanking). A plan works on your account everywhere you sign in, wherever you paid.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly) and you are charged the plan price each time, until you cancel. On fluntr.com, renewals use a UPI AutoPay mandate or a card mandate you approve at checkout.
• If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan for a few days while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the plan ends.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
• A free trial, where offered in the app stores, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel where you paid: on fluntr.com (Account → Cancel renewal), in the App Store (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy at fluntr.com/refunds. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.

6. Your content

Photos, posts and closet items you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them as needed to run Fluntr for you (for example, to tag your clothes, make studio shots and try-ons, and show your posts to the people you choose). Only add content you have the right to share. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or that harms or impersonates others; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI features and stylists

Kween, outfit suggestions, studio shots and virtual try-ons are made with AI. They are ideas to help you decide, not exact representations of fit, colour or size, and can be wrong. Sessions with a real stylist (Studio) are style advice only.

8. Buying, selling and renting between people

Fluntr lets people list clothes to sell or rent and message each other. Fluntr is not a party to these deals: buyers and sellers agree on price, payment, delivery and returns between themselves. Meet safely, check items before paying, and report anything suspicious from the listing.

9. Shopping links

When you open a store from Fluntr, the purchase happens on that store’s site under its terms. Some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Fluntr at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law. If we end your account without a reason related to your conduct, we will refund the unused part of a fluntr.com plan.

11. Liability

Fluntr is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to fix any problem; otherwise disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office.
