When is the best time to buy clothes online in India?
During the big sales, if you can wait. End-of-season sales usually run around June and July and again around December and January, and that is when basics, denim and western wear drop most. The festive sales on the big shopping apps usually run in September and October, before Diwali, and are good for ethnic wear and shoes. Dates change every year, so set a price you would happily pay and wait for it. Should I buy it now or wait for a sale?
Work backwards from when you need it. If the sale starts after the date you need the piece, plus delivery time, buy now. If you need it later, the piece is a basic or a seasonal item, and the sale is close, wait. Do not buy anything in a sale you would not buy at full price. Will my online order arrive before my event?
Check the delivery estimate for your own pin code before you pay, not the general one on the product page, and leave at least two days of buffer for anything you need for a wedding or an interview, more if you might need to exchange the size.
