What do I wear to the office when there is no dress code?
Build a uniform. Two or three combinations that always work (a shirt and tailored trousers, a knit and a straight skirt, a kurta and cigarette pants) and rotate them. "No dress code" usually means "do not make us notice", so aim for clean, fitted and unfussy. A closet app helps here because it shows you which of your pieces already combine into those uniforms.
